Project Summary
Objectives
The project is a response to a structured reflection on an agenda that young people have set out to address in their day-to-day reflection on issues of rehabilitation, integration, dynamic placement in a European environment. Positions and proposals have been formulated. The plan was interpreted, the roles the tools at all stages of it. Simulations, readiness exercises, material study, clarifications were given. Her activities aspire to highlight and at the same time to analyze an aspect of everyday life, which is nothing more than dreams, aspirations and ultimately youthful orientations. Not as a thought-provoking and metaphysical approach, but as a priority driving lever in order to reach their useful and human dimension. The objectives of our project are:
• The labeling, recognition and approximation of youth orientations, through an integrated
and multicultural dialogue, suggesting cross-cutting and using non-formal learning tools.
• The emergence of communication as a creative tool in the service of young people
• To deepen the philosophy of the Erasmus + program
• The pluralism of ideas and ideas
• The protection of human rights
• Solidarity and respect for diversity
• Getting to know the reality at national and European level,
on employment law and the role of young people in Europe
• Develop respect and tolerance for groups with fewer opportunities
• Exchange of good practices and promotion of cooperation between peoples
• Proper use of multimedia in the service of young people
* Enhancing the integration of employability of young people with fewer opportunities, iincluding people outside
the labor market, education and training, with a focus on young people on the verge of being marginalized.
Activities
The number of participants will be 45. Each group will consist of 4 young people with one leader . Each group will include at least 2 young people with fewer opportunities (financial difficulties, social problems, cultural or linguistic specialties, immigrants, refugees). They are young people from Romania, Bulgaria, Spain, Cyprus, Greece, Italy, Turkey and Slovenia. Some of them they are students, some are unemployed and suffer the consequences of the long crisis in Europe and have the experience of participating in most European projects. They belong to the periphery of their countries and do not come from privileged families. Partners have good infrastructure in their organizations and are versatile in media use and communication. The activities are to make use of all the tools to
highlight, analyze and raise the issue of orientation in the European environment. We will use metaphors, theatrical events, poetic quotes with symbols, pantomimes, role-plays, constructions. We will create questionnaires and interview. Visits to monuments, museums. We will visit the Thessaloniki Chamber of Commerce and CEDEFOP , and will inform us about employment, unemployment, possible solutions. We will prepare one multimedia workshop for creating blogs. We will exchange views with the responsible bodies and job advisors. We will become street reporters, drawing on young people's interviews an agenda of concerns and expectations that we will prioritize. We will draw up, according the ERASMUS + methodology, and send tCVs to measure the market system .
The methodology is based at non-formal learning and is based on the interest, the cultivation of skills, the motivation, the encouragement, the creation of a climate of mutual trust, in appreciation, in the use of good practices, in the promotion of supply. The expected results will be beneficial both to those directly involved and to the young people who become involved in the activities. The most important are the European experience, the understanding of the other, the respect. Understanding the importance of young people's expectations in the project itself will make it a key priority, in order to use all available information, in the fight against unemployment and try to find tools which can help us promote ourselves as personalities but mainly as groups of young people through interaction and communication.
Impact
The impact will be significant, as we transfer the messages of hope, expectations and cooperation , including not only the participants but other young people too, communicating our messages through traditional ways or online.
We will come in contact with actors and with the wider society. We will publish information leaflets, distribute small creations, with Erasmus + material, so that the messages of Action can reach everywhere. In order to ensure the maximum possible dissemination of results, and to a wider population, we will translate them into more languages, utilize the ERASMUS + results platform, websites and organize visits, meetings, workshops, sessions, exhibitions and events. We will produce targeted material such as reports, articles, publications. We will use SMEs for visibility and impact, social media, etc. We will continue after the end of funding so that the impact is longer lasting.
The long-term benefits certainly include, besides knowing the object and all its implications, the experience and the road to Ithaca. We are definitely mortgaging for future plans and this relationship and communication with partners may lead to another project being submitted. European experience, tolerance, respect for one another, understanding of one another, eliminating prejudice and negative attitudes are stockpiles, leaving time indelible.
The project founded from Erasmus+
